Cherry Orchard Properties was founded with a simple idea: landlords and tenants deserve better. Too many agencies treat people like numbers — we set out to do things differently.
As an independent, owner-operated business, every decision we make is guided by what's best for our clients, not by corporate targets. Our directors are involved in the day-to-day running of the agency, which means you'll always have access to the people making the decisions.
We're genuinely local. We live in the communities we serve, we know the streets, the schools, and the neighbours. That local knowledge means better advice for landlords and a smoother experience for tenants.

Director
Mohan oversees property management and landlord relationships. With years of experience in the local lettings market, he ensures every property is maintained to the highest standard and every landlord receives proactive, transparent communication.
Kareem
Director
Kareem leads lettings and the tenant experience. He's passionate about matching the right tenants with the right homes, and making the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
