Our story
Cherry Orchard Properties was founded with a simple idea: landlords and tenants deserve better. Too many agencies treat people like numbers — we set out to do things differently.
As an independent, owner-operated business, every decision we make is guided by what's best for our clients, not by corporate targets. Our directors are involved in the day-to-day running of the agency, which means you'll always have access to the people making the decisions.
We're local by design. Our office is on Kingston Road and the homes we let are a short drive from it, so we know the streets, the schools and the commute. That knowledge means better advice for landlords and a smoother move for tenants.
The people you deal with
Meet the directors
Two directors run the agency day to day.
Mohan
Director · Property management
Mohan oversees property management and landlord relationships. He keeps each property maintained and makes sure landlords hear from us before they have to ask.
Kareem
Director · Lettings
Kareem leads lettings and the tenant experience. He matches the right tenants with the right homes and keeps the move as simple as it can be for everyone involved.
What we stand for
Personal Service
You'll always speak to someone who knows your property, your tenancy, and your name. No call centres, no ticket numbers — just real people who care.
Local Expertise
We work in these streets every day. From New Malden to Kingston and Surbiton, we know the roads, the schools and the train connections that decide where people want to live.
Full Compliance
Gas safety, EPC certificates, deposit protection, selective licensing — we handle every legal requirement so landlords and tenants are always protected.
Testimonials
What our clients say
“Was really great dealing with Kareem and renting out their property. It was really smooth and Kareem was really communicative. Would highly recommend!!”
“The team at Cherry Orchard are fantastic, very good communicators unlike when I rented privately elsewhere. Very friendly team & very organised so never had any hassle. As an edit I had to move closer to family so I'm not renting through Cherry Orchard now but would choose Cherry Orchard every day - Kareem is so helpful.”
